Our CSAs & Buying Programs
We grow a large and diverse variety of fruits, vegetables, and herbs that are hand-picked daily and available at the peak of ripeness and flavor. We are proud of our cattle operation, Gibbet Hill Cattle Company, where we raise Registered Black Angus beef using rotational grazing on our leased land in Groton. This is in addition to the other fantastic animals including pigs, sheep, and goats that we raise on our own land right behind our farm stand. For people who are looking for a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program, we have many options that we offer. A CSA program is a relationship between a farm and the local community. Our
Winter Harvest Shares
Our Winter Harvest Shares are a great way to get the best of all the cold months have to offer in New England. Our shares include not only our great winter produce but also items such as our own pasture raised meat, eggs, dairy, honey, maple products, jams and spreads, breads, and more.
Winter 2013-2014 shares ON SALE NOW! To receive a packet and application, email heidi@springdellfarms.com. Shares are available until we sell the remainder available to incoming shareholders.
If you are interested in purchasing our vegetables, meat, eggs, and other local goodies that we include in our Winter CSA we invite you to shop our roadside farm stand throughout the winter. We are open every Saturday from 9am-4pm and will have most of our CSA inclusions available for retail purchase. We look forward to helping you shop local this winter.

For the 2013 summer season we are filling two share sizes (small and full) as well as an add-ons including weekly egg shares and an early season spring share . We are proud to have increased our CSA membership and are looking forward to a fantastic summer 2013 season on the farm.

Meat Subscription
Our Meat Subscription is currently at capacity and we are taking limited names to be placed on our wait list. To receive details please email heidi@springdellfarms.com.
Our Meat Subscription is a great way for you to get a taste of all the wonderful meats we offer from our Certified Blank Angus Beef to pasture raised pork, lamb, goat, and chicken. Pickups are monthly and subscriptions last 6 months to 1 year. Small shares receive 10lbs of meat per month and large shares receive 25lbs of meat per month. Our Meat Shareholders also get a 10% discount on all meat purchases at the stand.

Our Meat Buyers Club is an opportunity for our members to have the first choice of our meat as it comes back from processing. Our MBC members get to place custom cutting orders, reserve meat to purchase before it goes on sale to the general public, as well as a 10% discount on all meat purchases at the stand.
