About our Farm

Springdell Farm is located on the land that has been family owned and operated in the historic town of Littleton, Massachusetts since the 1700s.  In the spring of 1931 the Theodoros purchased the land and has been in the family ever since.  Currently both third and fourth generations work together to care for our livestock, our produce, and the land.  Our farm has changed a lot over the last 80 years, and every year brings growth and improvement.  We take great pride in our land, our animals, and the work that we have done to provide our customers with local food raised with care and respect.
We strive to educate our customers and invite them to be part of our family and our staff is active in local groups like the Angus Association, Farm Bureau, and other local groups and events.  We currently are active in distributing our harvest through a variety of channels including people who purchase directly from our roadside farm stand, local farmer’s markets, both our summer and winter CSA, through bulk and wholesale orders, as well as directly to local restaurants and schools.  Along with our home grown vegetables, livestock, and honey we also work with local family farms to provide you goods such as milk, butter, cheese, and other delicious products.   We invite you to come and experience a true New England roadside stand and meet the family that grows your food.
